These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and Ruchi Makeup Artist (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) regarding the provision of makeup services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. Services: a. We offer professional makeup services, including bridal makeup, HD party makeup, hairstyle makeovers, and occasion makeup. b. The specific services and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation process. c. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it is not feasible or appropriate.
  2. Appointments: a. Appointments can be made through our designated channels, including phone, email, or website booking form. b. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, and the amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. c. We appreciate your punctuality and expect you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
  3. Consultation and Trials: a. Bridal makeup services may include a consultation and trial session to discuss your desired look and test the makeup products. b. Additional charges may apply for consultation and trial sessions, and the details will be communicated to you beforehand.
  4. Payment: a. Payment for our services can be made in cash or through the specified payment methods accepted by us. b. Any outstanding balance is due on the day of the service, before the makeup application begins.
  5. Cancellations and Rescheduling: a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with reasonable notice. b. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation or rescheduling.
  6. Client Responsibility: a. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific requirements relating to the makeup products or application techniques. b. We will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or issues resulting from your failure to disclose relevant information.
  7. Photography and Promotional Use: a. We may request to take photographs of the makeup application for our portfolio and promotional purposes. b. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use these photographs without any compensation to you.
  8. Liability: a. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our makeup services. However, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to allergies, skin reactions, or dissatisfaction with the final outcome. b. We recommend that you notify us immediately if you experience any issues or concerns, and we will strive to address them to the best of our ability.
  9. Jurisdiction: a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States. b. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of California.
